Scoreleaf is a WordPress plugin and an audit service operated by Web Innovation. This page explains what the service receives from your site and what it does with it.

What the plugin sends

Nothing is sent until an administrator clicks Connect. From then on the plugin sends:

The plugin never sends customer, order, payment or user-account data from your store.

What the service reads

To audit your site the service visits your public pages, robots.txt, sitemaps and llms.txt, the same pages any visitor can see, using the user agent ScoreleafBot. It slows down or stops when your site responds slowly.

AI suggestions

Only if you turn them on and add your own API key: for each item you ask about, the plugin sends its name, address, focus keyword, current text and a short excerpt of its public content, together with your key. The service passes these to the AI provider you chose (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google) for that single request and returns the suggestions. Your key and the text are not stored or logged; the provider handles them under its own terms and bills your account.

What is stored

Data is stored on a server operated by Web Innovation. It is not sold or shared with third parties, and it is not used to train AI models.

Payments

Subscriptions are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. The service only receives your subscription status, plan interval and renewal date.

Retention and deletion

Uninstalling the plugin tells the service the site is gone, and the site record is marked as removed. To have your site record and audit results deleted entirely, or to get a copy of them, write to info@sodaionline.com.
